Cancellations made within 72 hours of delivery are non-refundable. Earlier cancellations are refunded less a 20% cancellation fee.
How to cancel
To cancel your booking, email customercare@laketravisrentalandsupply.com with your booking number. Your cancellation is effective when we confirm it.
Refund details
- More than 72 hours before delivery: full refund less a 20% cancellation fee.
- Within 72 hours of delivery: non-refundable.
- Service-area refusal: if we cannot service your address, you receive a full refund with no fee.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Changes to your booking
Need to change your delivery date? Contact us as early as possible. Date changes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
