Overview
These rental terms apply to all reusable moving tote rentals from Lake Travis Rental & Supply. By reserving a package, you agree to the terms below. This is draft business language, not legal advice.
The rental period
Each rental lasts exactly five calendar days. Your delivery date is Day 1 and your pickup date is Day 5. Totes must be packed and ready for pickup by 5:00 PM on your pickup date.
Delivery and pickup
We deliver between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Exact delivery and pickup windows are assigned after our daily route is optimized. We will send your confirmed arrival window before service. You do not choose an exact delivery or pickup time.
Service area
All bookings are labeled as pending service-area verification until we confirm your address is within our delivery zone. If we cannot service your area, we will contact you and refund any payment.
Use of the totes
- Totes are for household or business moving use only.
- Do not overload totes beyond a safe lifting weight.
- Do not use totes for hazardous, perishable, or illegal items.
- Keep totes clean and dry during your rental.
Responsibility for missing or damaged items
You are responsible for the totes, dollies, and labels during your rental period. You accept responsibility for missing or damaged items up to their replacement value.
Return condition
Totes should be emptied and reasonably clean at pickup. Labels and zip ties can remain on the totes. Excessive cleaning required after return may incur a cleaning fee.
